"Mieraranjo", also known as Tamiera (Ivan) Brown (b. 2007) was born and raised in Baltimore, Maryland. Later enrolling at Maryland Institute College of Art (MICA) for her/their interest in art education and variety of art mediums. Ivan’s art dives deeper within communities such as gender, sexuality, or racial communities, Ranging from full-scale paintings and paper pulp sculptures to drawings and mixed-media photography.
