Skin rendering is very nicely done! However, I’m this style I would recommend smoothing out the clothes more, and adding little details to the bird so it looks like it’s covered in feathers (such as hatching). Also, the chest area looks a bit wonky. Clothing doesn’t suction itself to the chest, it either hangs over them or stretches.
