It depends on where you're from. Here in the UK, we mostly use "programme", but in the us is pretty much exclusively "program"? However in the UK we do refer to computer programs as... Well programs instead of programmes - probably because the use of that spelling came from American English.

“Programme” is the British English and French spelling, and program is the American spelling. Unless you’re referring to computer programs, then that’s always spelt “program.”
