Yes, it's necessary if you want smooth lineart (not that I do a lot of it), otherwise I keep it low or off

I use, but it’s very mild. It’s just so that the touch feeling feels just the way I’m used to. :P

if i animate, yes. otherwise nah. i find it often looks to sterile, like clip art.

I have kinda shaky hands for whatever reason and I also have a preference for really smooth and clean lineart so it's almost a necessity

Yes, but then I usually go back and fix it a bit with whatever brush I'm using and an eraser

Yes, but I constantly have to adjust it to meet my needs, since higher the stabilization the slower the response.
