Um on YouTube there's a channel that posts all the " the haunting hour" episodes which are written by R.L Stines. They range from 20min to 40min. I've been having them play in the background for me

•lavender town on yt does these vids called creepydrawstas where she’ll read a creepy pasta and illustrate it, there’s also a podcast I like on Spotify called the nosleep podcast where they read spooky stories, thankfully not based on true stories so u don’t have to worry ab getting murdered or something lol anyway I hope that helps :D
