Studies: Astérix
You can basically see me getting more confident throughout this doodle collection haha.Between the top and bottom doodles was a lot of intense staring at reference material.
It might have been a dumb decision to skip the "I'll copy the reference to figure this out" amd jump right into doodling them in different poses but I think these 6 turned out somewhat decent?
I plan on trying to make an illustration (or small animation) in this style as well to see how close I can get as a mere hobbyist.May 21, 2025
