Alright I’m crowdsourcing this because I have no idea where to start. Does anyone know any good paints (skin colors) to get that are skin safe?
My friend got me elf ears for Christmas and I love them so much but they do not match my skin tone at all (something we both knew before it was purchased). I’m not even sure if I’d need skin safe paint for this but I’d rather be safe than sorry.

If the ears are too light, you can dye them with synthetic Rit dye! I haven't done it myself but there are video tutorials out there that explain how you can do it without melting them. If you need them lighter than I would try body paint? Mehron and snazaroo(idk if that's the correct spelling) I hear are good quality. Acrylic and oils and other paints will chip off of the ears most likely.

Ok I see a lot of people online dyeing the ears using a dye from a company called rit? I think? So I’m off to go investigate that

I have some paints but I don’t really use them often and none of them are skin color…
I just want to know if I have to convince my parents to buy me stuff so I can put on my little cottagecore dress and go scare my friends by hiding in the bushes like a little woodland elf. Is that too much to ask for?
