Time to redo some OC I really love.
Neptune is part of a miniseries I did with some planets of our solar system.
There are two versions and I wasn't sure wether she looks better with her jacket or without, so I uploaded all of them.
A short explanation to her power, at first her power only was Hydroakinesis, which could only stop the motion of water now she is a full blown HydrokinesistFeb 16, 2022
