Need characters for a webcomic!

~Hello, hello!~ I'm working on a Webcomic currently with a friend, we have some main characters already but we need some designs for secondary characters. What do you need to do? -Design a character using the details that are in the bottom picture or use an OC that you already have but add the details to it. -Add a description of the character. The more, the better, believe me when I say this. -Choose a number between 2 to 9. (This is how good the character is at using magic, 2 being really weak and 9 being incredibly powerful. [Some random people DON'T have numbers, so you can choose to not have at all]). -It counts more the definition and the design of the character than the level of the art itself. Some important notes when designing: -The mark is in the skin, it's like a tatoo and cannot be removed. It can be in the pupils, lips... anywhere you can think. -You can do a monarch (king, queen...). But it will be more difficult that I choose the design because we have limited amount of them. -You can do villains too! Not only good guys will win this contest, don't you think? Can I enter more than once? Of course! More entries means more possibilities, you may be ending winning with all of them! There is no limitation for entries, so have fun with it! What I win? If you are selected as one of the many winners your character will be featured in the Webcomic when it's out! Also you will get a special mention in the chapter your character appears! AND, there is a chance, that if your design is really apealling, may be one of the main characters or even a main villain! When does it end? It ends the 15 of January!
