Mathias for mermay

So for mermay i was able to squeeze ONE oc and i thought it would be mathias cus he's been long overdue for a drawing he was gifted to me by a friend and he has some unique markings on the back! Because of his cetacean tail i thought he looked close to a northern right-whale dolphin
