Have you tried using ethanol alcohol? Just soak the palette in the alcohol and leave it for awhile, it should come off(?)..

I get my palettes and brushes cleaned easily with brush soap, the cheap kind you get for an euro or two at any art supply. Other than that a soda cleaner (I think it's for the kitchen usually...?) does the trick! Works very well with waterproof, acrylic based inks!

•Does the ink stain make the palette unusable? I wouldn't throw it away unless you absolutely couldn't use it. Idk what the material is but water doesn't remove permanent ink, have you tried using alcohol to remove it? Rubbing alcohol or an alcohol based cleaned or something? Maybe even hand sanitizer.

•What kind of inks are we talking about? Alcohol inks can be washed away with rubbing alcohol but when It's Indian ink, the stains are likely permanent which means they won't rub off and won't discolour your paints. No need to buy a new palette, it's just looks like this from now on
