•Have you used a photo reference for that pose? I think her arms and chest are confusing, as if you couldn't deside if she's facing forward or sideways. If this lines were meant to be like cracks, then that's a very cool idea, but yeah, there are too many of them in one place. Also I think the nose is too tiny, even within the small-nosed anime girls standards :D
Still, I love the vibe of this piece and flow of the hair. It makes me wonder who this character is and that's not easy to achieve

You felt there was too many lines on the womans chest perhaps next time you can sketch out your illustration on a printer paper (or any appear you want) before committing to doing the water colour piece, then you will have your desired outcome!
I'm not a watercolour artist but perhaps there are some resources on YouTube on how you can approach this subject, there are a lot of videos covering different techniques on how to approach backgrounds.
