Another Question lmao:

I wanna start to learn and practice singing eventually, but I don’t wanna sing in front of other people lol
Do you have tips for learning singing that way? Do YouTube tutorials help? Which ones do you recommend? Do you have tips and advice for the singing itself right away?
I’d really appreciate everything <3

As someone who did choir for a while, I would recommend humming along to songs you like and have rather big pitch shifts. This helps me to switch notes and hit them better. Also breathing exercises to expand your lungs are rather helpful too. These just personally help me so don’t think of them as proper professional things lol.
Record yourself a lot so you can hear how it's coming out with out bias
The best advice I can offer to you is to sing 24/7. Also record yourself to see what you can improve on.
I practiced for like 3 days and then gave up, so I don't know if I can help much.
I would suggest checking out some videos on YouTube, there is a bunch of them.
And do warms ups, they are weird, but they help a lot!
And of course, try to practice often, but don't overdo it. I'm sure you can learn singing on your own, but it will take a loong time
I've never thought about someone learning to sing because it seems like a very natural thing to me!
Be sure to give support through your diaphragm (you can look up how to do that specifically on youtube)
Definitely don't be afraid to have your voice just sound awful sometimes. Sometimes it takes a while to warm up and sometimes it just plain won't sound great.
Be sure to allow yourself to just ding out sometimes. You can play around with what feels right to develop a kind of style but thats more advanced I guess.
My main advice is just not to over do it too much! Just do what feels right and if you ever feel vocal pain stop singing!! Take breaks to rest and rink lots of water and you can try singing again later
Good posture helps, take a breath every time a verse or something ends- or when there’s something like a note you have to hold
Singing *
Breathe from your diaphragm— before you sing, expand your rib cage. It’d different than taking a deep breath. It helps make singling better
