I think the colors are just a bit too similar in value, also the shading looks good imo.

hhhmmm I'm no expert, but maybe the saturation of the colors? 
i feel like there's no focal point or a color that i can "rest my eyes" on and it just seems all over the place...? again, I'm no expert
