Happy 20th Anniversary, Mermaid Melody

Today is a very special day, today is when Mermaid Melody turns 20 years old. It's a rather obscure anime series compared to most but it's one I hold close to my heart. It's what got me into anime, started my journey into art, and began my character creating. I felt like no one other than Lucia fit given she was always my favorite character from the show. This was also done right when I got off work, making it the quickest finished to published pic I've done in years. I can not thank the creators enough again.
