Idk what made me wanna post this but one time I had an interesting enough dream that I thought it could possibly be adapted into a story or video game idk
It's kinda like a post apocalyptic dystopian genre where AI robots took over the economy of the world so it left majority of the people to suffer. The robots also attacked people for some reason so cities were left in ruins. There is this place people try to reach for safety, where the rich people at.
Adapting into a game, it would kinda go like this (kinda based on events that happened in the dream)
You wake up somewhere unknown, no memory from before. It seems you are in some kind of shelter, and a woman with a warm smile sat beside you. She greets you and explain the situation, that you are far from your home/family and that you can't reach them anymore.
She leads you outside, which seemed to look like a ruined city and some people in cars and trucks. She said those people are so far all the people she could find and group together. (It was roughly 8-10 people?) Together you try to reach the higher up, the safe zone. (The main goal)
You can build relationships with other people, listen to their stories and make choices. craft things to help yourself survive. When you reach a goal, you and your clan move on to "the next level", reaching the main goal. Occasionally there will be some robots or enemies attack out of nowhere, so you're never completely safe. maybe craft some weapons to defend yourself.
My dream didn't really had an ending so I'll probably have make something up for myself lol ¯\(ツ)/¯

Ooh I love the listening to their stories aspect of this! It makes it feel like you really do have a group you’re surviving with :D

•I think that sounds like a cool video game id play it (i really like games where you can build relationships with the npcs and see their personalities. I also like games where you fight and have a big sword for some reason)
