One day, a girl and a group of people were going on a trip to the beach. Once out in the water, she felt something tugging on her leg; some kind of trash. She tried asking for help, but not only did everyone else not hear her, but they were shoving and crowding around her, causing her to sink. She tried to swim up, but it was too late; the last thing she remembered was some weird, slimy thing stinging her head before everything went black.

One day, a night fisher spilled rumors of a weird glowing creature wandering the beaches at night. It wasn't harmful, but it sure was weird. Many people staked this area out, which is when they found it, or should I say, her. They noticed she was human, but not fully. These people tried to learn more about her, but she'd only say one of two things, "I don't remember" or "I don't want to share that kinda stuff". They can't tell if she's lying or if it's something else.
(By the way, that girl is Hifumi. I know, plot twist).
Hifumi:
Hifumi is a part-human, part jellyfish, part-ghost creature. Not the ghost that can phase through walls or disappear, the kind that just is there. She's a calm person who doesn't like to socialize. She doesn't mind it, but isn't a fan of it. Despite her being, well, dead, she still does live like humans, eating & sleeping and whatnot. She particularly likes sweets and picking up trash wherever she wanders. Even then, she still gives the side-eye to anyone who dares not throw their stuff away properly.
Changes & Fun Facts:
- I decided to make their outfit a bit more simple (mainly to fit my style and because I'm lazy, but I say it still looks good)
- I saw the small strands drooping from her outfit and decided to make them tentacles. She can use them as limbs, but they aren't very strong. Speaking of those tentacles.
- The hat on her head isn't just a hat, it's a jellyfish! It has its own mind and controls the tentacles on Hifumi's body most of the time, but it lets her control them too. Its eyes mimic Hifumi's current emotions, and sometimes it's own. No, it can't talk.
- Despite being part jellyfish and a full-on ghost, she has no special powers apart from not being able to die again. Also, her tentacles can't sting.
Overall, I love this character. Will I win this? Probably not. Did I enjoy this? Yes. Good luck to everyone else, and now I must wait . . . 46 days for the results . . . wow. Eh, I've got time. Anywho buh-bye.Apr 14, 2023
