Piece of advice when uploading critique.
DON’T treat it like a regular post and put some random caption under it. More than likely people will turn away from the post bc they will treat it like a regular post.
DO ask for specific advice. The more specific the better. Ask questions in your post to help you understand better and point out something that you had difficulty with while making the artwork. People can help you better when they know exactly what you want out of the critique and not just “UwU made this with an eye closed
so quirky”
Maybe this is me doing a semi rant, maybe this is just some unneeded advice, regardless, getting saying something that I felt needed to be said.

Also when giving out constructive criticism don't just say "the eye looks bad"
Instead for an example make it layered with something nice about the piece like "I really like how you did the hair-" and then you can continue this with "the eye seems to be a little too low on the face though, maybe try bringing it up a bit" this way it seems nicer and gives more info on what needs to be worked on :)

I agree! I do this all the time, skipping past posts that seem like they are just regular posts
