First of all, you can check some tutorials "how to draw faces" on youtube. Second of all, it will be easier to draw by using a reference (but use real photos, not drawing of other people as their proportions might be off to).
I wouldn't draw individual eyelashes, maybe two or three at the outer corner of eyes. Also eyes cannot stick out of the face, like the right one does here. What's more, the size shouldn't differ so much, the perspective doesn't change it as much.

There's six fingers if there's a thumb hiding behind holding the phone. If there's five, then it means there's nothing holding the phone up. The hair is also overlapping the phone where the hair should be behind since the phone is in the foreground. These are simple things that can be easily fixed for future drawings to make them feel more real.
On doing better eyes, doing photo studies, where you draw what you see and comprehend what you're looking at, is good. As you draw more, they'll look better.

•I'd try making the eyes like.. match the angle of the face if that explains anything?? Looking up refs is useful too
