There are:
Medibang paint: my first and most used till now. 1 ad and all brushes free for 3h
Ibis paint: nice, lots of brushes too and you can animate there (but classified second 'cause yk, mbp)
Clip Studio: 1h full features for the free version. Also cool (but I ended up liking the pc version so can't tell much about the mobile)
HiPaint: not yet used to it but like free version of procreate (seems). Also possible to animate there
