The Queen's Portrait (Version 2 )

I made the original like last year for this one. I decided to redo it because she's no longer a part of the Mario universe.

Note: I had to upload this again for the second time because I had to update some things in the image and I could not for some reason. Update the image itself now that I made those changes. Cuz it took. I took a one good gander at it in realized I had messed up the the background a bit so I fixed it.
