This is Eisa (Ay-Za), a Jedi Knight. They are a Tilipou, a fictional alien race I made specifically for this oc. (We love spending way to much time on one oc!) Eisa is mute due to an injury, and use their little droid on their shoulder named Mango to translate their sign!
