Waves Acrylic Keycharm

It's finally here!! And so it's my honest review about them (or more likely, the manufacturer)
Well let's just say I'm disappointed.
About the quality:
- The white layer part (to prevent see-through) is not align with the artwork itself.
- The print is way too grainy, I have printed smaller pieces with better quality.
- Edges are too rough, by standard they should've tested the laser cutting with one charm before applying for the whole batch but apparently they did not and the edges are rough to touch, some even have chips and scratches all over.
- Not double-sided on the flat side of the charm, I will have to apply a resin coat for protection if I don't want to scratch the ink/print.
- No protection film either, only one on the wave side which is kinda pointless because the film didn't even stick due to the surface texture is too wavy.
- Again lots of scratches and even ink splatters on the flat side, this is straight up lazy and careless production
About customer service:
- Horrible horrible
- They printed everything on the wrong side/printed the same artwork on two sides even though I clearly said and noted in file that I want which artwork on which surface.
- Had to reprint the whole batch and they delayed it like 2 months
- The second batch has the correct printing but everything else is in very bad quality (see above) and all of them are semi see through.
- Ghosted everyone when they questioned the quality and asked shipping progress/refunds.

So yeah let's just say I'm mad mad
I only print these to trade with or gift to my friends but for those who printed to sell them at cons it was the worst. It's such a shame because I like this type of keycharm a lot and I really looked forward to see the result, I will look for another manufacturer to print this kind of keycharm in the future.Dec 3, 2023

Could you let us know who the manu is so some of us looking for places to get charms know to avoid this one? (If you don't want to make it public you can DM it to me. I definitely don't want to accidentally go through what you did if/when I make charms
