people always are like "oh you don't change overnight when you have a birthday" "birthdays will feel less significant as you grow older" but seriously i never changed more overnight than my 18th birthday and my birthdays keep feeling more significant as the years pass, i wonder if i'm built different or just delusional tbh(and yes i am 5 and a half hours away from my bday, why do you ask?)Dec 20, 2025

I would say good for you and congratulations - I don’t think it’s abt a specific age I think sooner or later we all have years that feel more special or life changing than others, for me it was my 24th :-) but also with the brain developing and the experiences I think it can start to shift also? So yeah enjoy it
