If you wanna cry, The Last Guardian and Bravely Default!
Good story is Ratchet & Clank, The Last of Us and Ghost of Tsushima
If you like to put yourself in danger…The whole Souls series, Shin Megami Tensei 3, IV series, V and Digital Devil saga. Others are Hollow Knight!
If you like dungeon crawler RPGs, Etrian Odyssey series and Rune Factory series (it’s an farming JRPG, but there’s monsters you have to fight)!
If you like SPEEEED, Sonic!
If you like Farming gamessss the Stardew Valley, Rune Factory and Story of Seasons series!
If you like horror the Resident Evil 2 Remake, The Evil Within series, Outlast, Tomb Raider but the reboot (I would consider Tomb Raider more of survival action adventure with the sub genre of horror as there definitely will be parts where it gets scary and the death scenes are no joke)
