Am sorry I know this is so random but I STILL feel like yapping about it.
Now, I dont know why alarms have to sound so FRICKING scary. Yeah, yeah. I get they need to be loud enough for you to get out of there. I am not complaining about the volume. Its more of the tune they choose. And yes, these situations can be extremely horrifying and need to be taken seriously, but the last thing I need is a analog horror soundtrack playing to top it off.
Cus like what if I decided to vist Maryland, [i picked this state cus the EAS alarm here is scary to me. No disrespect to Marylanders i've never been but i've heard the alarm on recording. Yall cool.]
its late at night, then BOOM whatever the HECK Maryland's EAS alarm is starts blasting. My first instinct isnt to GO TO THE SOUND [outside].
Like, come on why not just have a loud ass beep sound or sure make it a bit scary but not TOO scary. WE DONT NEED TO MAKE IT WHERE JASON IS GOING TO JUMP ME ON TOP OF THAT.
Also, this isn't just Maryland's EAS like I said, this goes for ALOT of EAS alarms. [not all cus some sound like a literal lullaby.]

THATS SO REAL. Bruh I live in an area that doesn’t get tornado sirens or anything that extreme, but we have those monthly service checks and weather sometimes for rain or snow. AND EVERY SINGLE TIME IT SCARES THE CRAP OUT OF ME. I can’t even imagine waking up to what sounds like fricken siren head outside

Dude my tornado alarms r so loud I shit my pants every time it plays because it’s so loud and scary sounding like bro we have frequent tornados so it happens almost every month
