yea the mouth looks a bit strange. draw a curved line from between the eyebrows over the nose to the chin. then place the mouth on that line more firmly. dont know if its just the position or the size.

(Okok so idk how the critique tab works but ill give it a shot. So sorry If I misunderstood this) the neon pallet is actually really nice and I think its an odd (bur really cool!!) Choice in colors. The only rhing I think that needs fixing is the face, I believe the mouth is a little bit skewed but this piece has a super cool vibe n I love it
