The Crazy One
Second prompt, The Crazy OneTodays character is Enu, she's a species called "Branchie" (by shimmering-jade on deviantart). The story of these creatures is very intereating and its worth to read through! Very short: Branchies are children which were sacrificed once by being buried alive. After punishing the ones who did this, the gods revived them as Branchies. They roam in the forests, mostly staying away from humans.
Enu for her part seems to enjoy getting near them. She would never come close enough to touch them, but rather tricks them to follow her into the woods, until they get lost and, most likely, die. Why the crazy one you ask? Well, trying to escape a dark forest while being watched and lured by a hysterically laughing child/puppet hybrid who just got you there to die, you also would call that lost soul crazy.
By the way, these fluffy little companions on their side are called "Bulb" and glow in the dark to comfort the Branchie. I don't have to tell you they're the cutest things on earth, do I?May 27, 2021
