When you use the critique option it's really helpful (and encouraged) to add a description of what you'd like critiqued, people are more likely to comment then!
As for the critique, you need to pick a spot for lighting, while I can tell in some areas it's coming from the left, you don't continue that lighting in other areas. For example the thighs are shaded with the light coming from the left, however there's no shadows on the face indicating where the source of light is. Same for the chest where you've started to add lighting, but it doesn't carry over on the shoulders or stomach, hope this helps!
