One promise, 500 years (2/3)
Juehe made it a habit to go to the art gallery close to The Amusement whenever a new artist comes in. Always on the day they talk about their work. Never checking who they are, the online advertising, nothing. He never wanted to get his hopes up. To find... Him? Her? It? Them? In all honestly he wasn't sure. The promise stuck, sure. It kept him here, looking the same. After he died, after everyone... Shaking his head to break the train of thought, he glanced at the artwork in the gallery.Juehe was fixated on his own face. Painted, as he was back then. The promise was kept... He felt his heart pounding in his ears, couldn't focus on anything, just himself.
Sunghyun couldn't believe it... He saw both of them? One looked... Different, but the same. The style was different but his features were the same... Was he real? He couldn't tell...not with both of them there. Not fully.

This is purely a remake of a relationship concept/idea that technically has a happier ending than the original. But yeee part 2! I decided Juehe, after 500 years of being alive would need glasses, hair dye, tattoos, and piercings. He technically has more tattoos and piercings but I'm not going to tell where lolol (I don't know yet). Also trying to make it look like I didn't start these weeks apart was so hard.Jul 29, 2022
