I think I posted this one, but I deleted it because I wanted to make this account exclusive to my comic Espero. Now I think there's no wrong in sharing some stuff from my other projects.This is actually a very old piece and it features the main antagonist of another comic project. His name is Herman (though at times he prefers to be called by his other name Alex) and he is a resentful, religious and mentally unstable individual dealing with his own personal demons due to a troubling past.
He's after two characters that I recently posted, a young woman and a young man called Dolores and Gabriel. He wants something from them, especially Dolores and he's willing to go to great lengths to get it.
He's smart, elegant, educated and eloquent as well, so at first it is very hard to tell there's something wrong happening with him until he feels comfortable and trusting enough to let his true colors show. (And even so he tries to keep his facade as much as possible)
He's aware that there's something wrong happening with his mind and that some of his actions are questionable, yet he goes ahead and commits these acts in order to be happy, even if that means to make others miserable.
He's also ashamed of his appearance as he is younger than he looks like and is not considered handsome among others, hence why he remains unmarried and with no children. Or that's what he claims is the reason why he is alone and not the fact that he is an extremely conflictive person, so maybe he isn't as self aware as he thinks he is.
He's also an avid believer of a deity that appears in my webcomic Espero, Humn, who he built an altar to and prays to every night. Nov 3, 2023
