He meets an anxious art student named Rudy
(Also the nickname Cheif is a nickname of a nickname, cos he used to cause a lot of mischief growing up and it just evolved from there
)I also used @lemonchild ‘s other challenge to create a friend for Cheif, and I’ll be posting them soon
