Haruto x Lucine - Japanese Festival

My OCs Haruto and Lucine on a date

I'm quite proud of this drawing! I don't like drawing backgrounds, but I have to challenge myself from time to time to get better. I sometimes felt like quitting, but in the end I'm glad I finished it ^^

I'm open for criticism, so if there's something I could do better, please tell me ^^

They first met at one of Haruto's concerts for which Lucine bought VIP tickets xD He immediately took an interest in her because she's an elegant lady. So he asked her for a date~


Shinya (Lucine's younger brother) and 3 friends are secretly following Haruto and Lucine to see what happens. (they're not in this artwork though)

Chiharu and her cousins Rose and Ibara are very excited (especially because they're fans of Haruto too), but Shinya.. not so much He doesn't like Haruto.. Or rather ANY guy who's getting near Lucine. He's very protective of her
