I can't think of a lot that can be improved here! I think maybe the line indicating his chest is a little too dramatic since he seems mostly flat (not to say he cant have a chest! but, since the neckline on the dress is so far down, it looks like he's not wearing anything to flatten them/squish them very dramatically to give that sorta cleavage or muscle line) Other than that maybe the shading on the dress stands out a bit from the hard cell shading under the chin, like its a bit softer when it doesn't necessarily need to be.
Also the movement of the dress is really organic and I love the color scheme you chose! It goes really well with his blood & skin tone and stands out against the background. It's a really pretty and well-composed piece!

Its looks really good. Nice and well colored I would just suggest, since you did the pose under, to draw the dress so it moves in response to the pose. But just a suggestion since you can see the lifted foot :)
