this one kind of turned into more of a vibes drawing than a character design one but u know what? i like it and thats what matters <3
also since i havent been here, how r u guys? how is artfol? i know i left at a moment where i saw some other people deciding to leave too for similar reasons but im hoping that some more things are resolved/doing better? i mean if not i still dont think my leaving could be permanent unless this place stopped existing but im just curiousMar 14, 2026

The reflection light looks really good, it gives the drawing so much ambience! 
Artfol is not what it used to be, definitely. But, I mean, we were all younger and in the middle of a pandemic when it launched. At least I joined then. I had way more free time for... everything haha
But it's not dead yet, either! I would hate it if everyone left this app, it's definitely my favourite so far. It's the one that reminds me of the old Deviantart days. It's easier to interact with people here. Almost everyone feels more genuine and wanting to create real connections. Other apps seems way more performative to me, like people sometimes only support others to gain something from it. Here we just enjoy what our mutuals post!
I want to keep it alive and I'd love to create some more challenges as I used to! I don't have as much free time now and I always end up super tired from my shitty job, so I end up taking breaks too. Sometimes I don't post for weeks, but I always come back. This is such an special place!
I think if we all work together just a little bit we can keep the nice community we built in here!
No pressure, tho! It's very understandable and healthy to take breaks from things. Especially any short of online space no matte how chill it is! Take your time and come back when you feel like it!

•oo the lighting is so pretty ^-^ It's really hitting me with this piece how comfortable a lot of Rizzo's clothes look -- like something easy to slip on and not have to fuss too much with styling and such hehe
