I'm kinda stuck in a loop of having inspiration and then losing it waaaay too quickly recently
I think that my 4 faces of the Cherubim piece and the Imi+Seraph pieces have been way above my actual skill level so when I'm just drawing normally, I don't manage to achieve what I wanna achieve aaaaaah!!:!!;
My standards are sky-high for myself, I need to try give myself time and just like. Post sketches every once in a while here instead of exclusively finished drawings. If anyone knows where the best place to find inspo for angely art, I'd appreciate it cos that's what my brain likes most!
Likeeee: what inspired my drawing of Imi guiding Seraph to a staircase leading to nothing was when I randomly saw the 'Flammarion engraving' on facebook and it triggered a whole buncha thoughts just based on a few simple details, such as how noisy and intense the celestial realm looks in comparison to the sleepy-looking village below and stuff!3!3!!!Nov 27, 2024
