I need more artists to read this, especially white artists because this article reminded me of when ATVS first came out and how it exposed so many artist for having a racial bias. I need more white people to be more introspective on how they interpret non-white characters, even if it wasn't done in malice. It's actually important as ARTISTS to be aware of these implicit racial biases and to not accidentally promote them in our artwork.
