Wow! It looks stuning!!! You did a great job :), I would outline the silluete with a realy thin black Brush, Just to stand out from the background ;)

ah idk what art programme u use but generally I think maybe making the image more grainy / add noise, + if u use Photoshop (wat I'm familiar w) then changing layer blend modes to like screen mode or sth gives more like bright/glowu but retro effect j think???? Lol idk this is super cool already!!
