The floors are usually white. Shelves too. The ceilings, let's not worry about the ceiling.
Lots of harsh lighting.
Usually one main color for the company (like red for target, blue for Walmart, smaller grocery stores may have a single color for their theme as well)
Products can be any color.

Lots of off white, sometimes the shelves look like a creamy color, other times it looks light grey. The produce section is mostly green because of the green veggies, but then you start to see orange, yellow, red, purple etc. The fruits are nearby and follow a similar color scheme, but without the many dark greens.
The bakery area, well you know how bread looks like and the same goes for the meat/fish section.
