I would say BTS because I truly enjoy their lyrics and they cover a lot of different music styles!

Hmmm a artist that I’m kinda obsessed with at the moment (who isn’t Taylor Swift) is Lana Del Rey so if you wanna get into more indie rock/lofi kinda stuff, I definitely recommend her. Just a warning though, a lot of her songs are about smoking/drugs, s3x (censored bc idk if this could get taken down), and death. She also has some rather problematic lyrics in some of her songs but if you are okay with those, I definitely recommend her music!

Atmosphere!!! I can't suggest them strongly enough. It's rap music but not in a typical sense, they know how to tell a story through their music, I have several fanfiction ideas that are inspired off their songs. I recommend listening to "Who I'll never be" first. Maybe "become", "save me now", "in her music box" or "the waitress" after.

•Personally I prefer listening to OSTs rather than albums, and instrumentals over with vocals. Anyway:
I'd recommend Avalanche City - they're super underrated yet one of their songs is really iconic (https://youtu.be/YWzzbuJJYQc this one). Whether or not you're familiar with Indie folk, this is a good start.
Almost anything of BigRicePiano if you like to hear something soothing and less catchy.
If you want, you could try OSTs of The Talos Principle, all composed by Damjan Mrauvnac.
Not to mention some of Katamari's OSTs: I can give you a list of good ones if you like.
Unless you're already familiar with any of them, these are my recommendations (•• )ゞ

not sure what genre you like but here’s some of my favorite artists and an album you should check out
if you like R&B:
Steve Lacy- his newest album Gemini Rights is so catchy
Kali Uchis- Isolation is iconic, but her latest album has some hits too
SZA- CTRL is an album that never gets old imo, i think she just released a deluxe version or something with extra songs
If you like K-pop:
ATEEZ- FEVER PT2 and FEVER EPILOGUE are my personal favorite albums. but imo all of their albums are bangers lol
P1Harmony- they just came out with an ep harmony: zero in, which you should def check out
if you like rap:
Kendrick Lamar- his albums just get better and better. but if you’re looking for a place to start To Pimp a Butterfly and Mr Morale and the Big Steppers are my favorites. the heavy jazz influence on both albums is what makes them stand out
Tyler, The Creator- while is older stuff is..vulgar to say the least. his newest albums Igor and CMIYGL are one of my favorites of all time. if you’re a fan of albums that tell a story, and experimental beats, i highly recommend tyler :)

Literally any set it off album, their old music goes so hard and their new album is good too

Any of Lemon Demons albums are amazing! I special suggest The songs Jaws, Bill watterson, and amnesia was her name!

Some artists/bands that I like include SIAMÉS, Kikuo, TENDER, and Mitski. Plus a lot of FNAF songs slap hard

If you’re into smaller artists, Kolars and Superet have only about two albums each and some singles/EPs. Slightly bigger scale would be Saint Motel and The Brobecks (who rearranged themselves and became a band called I Don’t Know How but They Found Me). I have seen all of these bands live, and they’re a lot of fun.
