For rendering I'd reccomend Marco Bucchi s edgework video. Part of a 10min painting info series and explains the use of soft and hard edges (+ lost edges) ~

For learning anatomy, would recommend just doing Proko's Anatomy for Artist course. For rendering, youres is fine, but you should maybe try to reign in the chaos and refine a bit. It feels a bit messy if you want to go with more of a line based style for your rendering.

For anatomy, I really recommend Adorkastock if you're looking for good reference images! They've got a wealth of great poses.
