TOAST | 23 | SHE/HER | ARTIST&WRITERWARNING RANT: Apparently I’m the only person who cares about the FOOD around here!! The fridge in my house is broken, and my mom is just soooo nonchalant about it! Like, the dairy is gonna go bad! It’s SUMMER! She literally calls one person on Friday and when she hears they’re too pricey, she doesn’t call anyone else!! Luckily we hav another freezer, so we (mainly I) put the frozen food in there. I was the one that actually wanted to call someone else, but OF COURSE the person I called won’t be open till Monday!!!!! . And when I started to vent about it, she said we could just “buy more food” in this irritated voice!! I’m jus standing there like, “HELLO! R u not aware of the bigger picture????” UuuuugggHHHHHHH
(sorry u hav my full permission to tell me I’m overreacting, I just- UGH!)
Edit: btw, I’m not trying to make my mom sound bad an irresponsible, she’s actually pretty driven and usually on top of things. JUST NOT THIS TIME???Jun 6, 2021
