Beauty from pain

This piece is very important to me, I want to start making art that speaks to me.. this piece is inspired by one of my first big paintings I did in college.

It’s very personal to me, it’s a journey of myself. Growing up everyone goes through pain, and I wanted to show that sometimes through that pain beauty can come from it. It doesn’t always feel that way which is why she is crying.
