For me the best way to support an artist especially if they are just starting is sharing there pieces, Commenting, following and Saves. It really means a lot to us small artist and big artist, that someone appreciate our artworks

Promotion, promotion, promotion. Make sure everyone following you knows about the artist’s existence.

In my opinion sharing posts or commenting. It‘s super motivating and can really keep people going

Commenting, sharing, following and also likes. I think that every interaction is awesome but I love when people comment! I love when they ask about things 
or answer some of the questions that I sometime ask under my posts

Comments definetly are great and super encouraging to me. Also I love to share art with my followers/ friends to show everyone hoe great my favorite artists are.

commenting is incredibly encouraging and sharing lets more people see, these are probably the best possible ways tbh :')
