You always own the copyright of your artworks unless you make a legal document to give the copyright to someone else

•Technically it's copyrighted the second you make it, but documentation-in case someone were to claim it as their own-solidifies it and would be better recognized.
You don't need to go pay for a license everytime you make something luckily! Signing with your name, possibly date, and some process pictures or even video is proof enough.
