Planescape NPCs: Barlowe
This little dweeb was the BBEG for an early arc of my Planescape game. He lead a cult dedicated to releasing Tharzidun. He later got killed by having his concentration broke while flying, due to having one of his dead minions thrown at him by a giant monkey.Dec 18, 2022#dnd
