I love this softly painted look. And this scenario provokes interest and makes me curious to where this is, and what's taking place! What's she looking at? Or is she lost in thought, perhaps remembering something awful that happened. She seems sort of sad. 
I like all that's going on, from the balloons, to the banner, and what I assume is a speaker? There's a lot to look at here.
