francis the owl

new oc yay!!

here's some info on him for those curious:

francis is a rather smug and arrogant man, often making harsh remarks. he's also very intelligent, knowing a lot about various topics. in spite of his stern personality, francis has his moments of being tenderhearted, though you don't really get to see that side to him often.

francis used to be a human in the past, but he got turned into an owl after insulting a witch. he spends his day to day life working as a librarian, sorting books and making sure the atmosphere is nice and quiet. he's also quite fond of playing chess and plays the piano in his spare time.
