Alienora is Sina's special bodyguard. You'll never see the Empress without her, and Ali is very serious in her role.
The story of their encounter is actually quite sweet.
It was one of those times where 9 years old Sina ran out of the palace to see the city by herself. She ended up in the worst part of the capital, where the poorest people live... That makes this part of town unintentionnally dangerous, because of the despair of some partly, despair that Sanna wouldn't adress at the time.
Alienora was one of those dumpster kids, running around trying to survive.
She found Sina, and immediatly recognised her as Her Majesty's grand-daughter. Sweet opportunity for the girl, as she could receive quite the amount of money for retrieving the princess. Thus began a little adventure, with Alienora defending Sina throughout the streets to the palace.
Eventually, they returned safely. Alienora asked for a reward, and Sina, who took a liking of her, asked if she could became her bodyguard.
Of course everyone, including Alienora, was shoked.
And they were even more shoked when Sanna, after a little reflection, accepted with the conditions that Alienora was trained by the royal guard.
Nowadays, Alienora is dedicated to her job. But not because it is just a job. It's because her job is to protect her first and only friend for years... The unespected friend that took her out of her situation, and that is now an Empress trying to arrange the living conditions of those from the same background as Alienora.
