Cessair
This is Cessair. He's a character in a comic I plan on making! He has a curse on him called The Curse of the Prime Evil, which is essentially him being kinda like possessed by the Prime Evil, but he has control over almost everything, actions, thoughts, he's in control most of the time except with his powers.The glowing is just a fraction of his powers, they progress over time as the Prime Evil resides in his body longer. The mask he wears keeps his powers in check, and he usually has it on.Jun 28, 2021
